Quick code of conduct
- · Greeting messages are PG-13. No harassment, no requests for adult / nude content, no pressure on third parties.
- · 1:1 sessions: video on (yours optional, mine on). Recording requires mutual consent, asked at the start.
- · Late, no-show, or last-minute cancel → 50% refund on first occurrence, no refund after.
- · Refunds requested within 14 days for failed async deliveries.

Real-time sessions (video / voice / DM windows) start with a short message. I read every one, reply within 2 business days, and only send a payment link if i accept. Async greetings (video / voice note / signed card) skip this form — they go through Ko-fi Commissions directly.
How booking works
For all real-time sessions (video / voice / DM windows), it's request-first, not self-service. Small message exchange before anything is booked — keeps it human and lets me say no to anything weird without you losing a cent.
- You send a short request — who you are, what you want to talk about, rough time zone.
- I read it (usually same day) and reply with a yes, a no, or a question.
- If yes — I propose a time that works for both of us, and send a payment link.
- You pay → session is locked in. I send the video / voice / chat link the day before.
- If no — polite reply, no charge ever incurred, no awkwardness.
Async greetings (video / voice note / signed card) skip the request step — Ko-fi Commissions has its own creator-approves flow built in.
The chat ladder
Every form of chat below is time-boxed — booked windows, real conversation, finished cleanly. No "always-on" DM subscription tiers (those almost always end up agency-managed at scale, which isn't the experience here).
The chat ladder, cheapest to deepest:
- Discord — any member tier (Sweet Milk and above), async, community + me in there too
- Booked text window — $40 / 30 min or $75 / 60 min, Telegram or Discord DM
- Booked voice chat — $90 / 30 min, audio-only
- Booked 1:1 video — $45 / 10 min, $150 / 30 min, or $260 / 60 min
- Golden Espresso members — $500/mo subscription, includes 1 quarterly atelier appointment + monthly extended video greeting + quarterly signed physical print. Cap of 10 slots.
- Cinnamoroll patrons — $1000/mo, 3 slots only, includes 1 quarterly video call (≥2 weeks notice, on Tia's calendar) + yearly custom character request.
