Last updated 2026-05-27. Short version: we collect the minimum needed to run the service. No ad pixels. No selling data.

What we collect

  • Email address. When you sign up for an account, the mailing list, the members waitlist, or send a contact inquiry.
  • IP address. Used briefly to rate-limit abusive traffic and keep the site up. Stored in logs for 90 days, then discarded.
  • Payment confirmations. When you buy cubes or a membership, our payment processor (NOWPayments) sends us a confirmation so we can credit your account. We never see card or wallet details.
  • Anonymous analytics. Page-level traffic counts via Cloudflare Web Analytics. Cookieless. No individual tracking, no cross-site profile.

Why

So we can run the service. Send the emails you asked for. Credit your purchases. Keep bots from melting the site. That is the whole list.

Who we share with

Only the processors we need to actually run things:

  • Cloudflare. Hosting, DNS, storage (D1, R2, KV), cookieless analytics.
  • Resend. Transactional and newsletter email delivery.
  • NOWPayments. Crypto payment processing for cubes and memberships.

We do not sell your data. We do not rent your email. No ad networks, no tracking pixels, no cross-site profiling.

How long we keep it

  • Account data. Until you ask us to delete it (right to be forgotten).
  • Rate-limit and access logs. 90 days, then purged.
  • Payment records. Retained as long as required by tax law in the operating jurisdiction (Japan), then purged.

Your rights

You can ask us to:

  • Access what we hold about you.
  • Export it in a portable format.
  • Delete it (right to be forgotten). We action via the internal operator:rtbf flow within 30 days.

Email [email protected] with the request and the address tied to your account.

Moderation

We keep a soft moderation system. If we see something that needs attention we may send a warning email, pause an account for a short window (read-only access, automatic reopen), or in rare cases suspend or ban. Every step is logged internally. The full rules and how to appeal live on the community guidelines page.

Network-level (IP) blocks are reserved for the cases where account-level steps have been exhausted or behaviour is automated. We document any IP block we issue here.
